Rights defender

I am firmly fighting for women’s rights. I have created Womenabilty, a worlwide projet which aim to rebalance the way women and men use the public space. Womenability is now working with United Nation Women, City of Paris and many French departments.

Digital communication

I help organizations (TomTom France, Bultaco, Anita) to develop and execute their digital strategies according to their brand identities and objectives. I have worked on products launch, events, activations….


I aim to write the right and fun story, the one that solves the communication problem with cleverness. My spirituals fathers : Bill Bernarch and Alain Michel


I am working on a web documentary showing the life experiences’ differences between women and men in 20 cities around the world. I am also a photographer for the magazine « Femmes d’ici et d’ailleurs »


I create communities which make me proud, having fun and where members reach both their personal and professonial aspirations.

World Travelling

I have traveled in 22 countries last year, creating partnership with more than 30 organizations (Twitter India, JC Decaux, Women Consortium, UN Women…). Within 5 years, I’ll be in a camping-van exploring South America.

Digital planning

As director of the strategic planning for Pavillon Rouge, I have produced and experimented planning methodologies (that you cand find here). I worked during 2 years with startups and key accounts (Publicis, PriceMinister, BedYcasa…)

Content writing

I am extremely passionate about what I do and I write about it in different blogs : Fredcaveza, LaReclame, Emarketinglicious. My next article : why being involved in a social project.

Social media

As a freelance, I managed the social media department of an ad agency specialized in sport : Agence Epic. I worked with two community managers.
